Talus Network (TLS) is building the foundational layer for decentralized AI agents, positioning itself as the backbone of the autonomous digital economy.
At its core is Nexus: A fully on-chain framework for developers to build, deploy, and monetize AI agents.
This enables transparent, composable, and censorship-resistant AI applications, solving key flaws in Web2 AI.
The protocol is backed by Polychain and uses Move blockchain tech with encrypted DAG messaging, allowing AI agents to communicate, transact, and participate as economic actors.
This creates a new paradigm where AI agents aren't just tools, but autonomous economic participants with their own treasuries and decision-making capabilities.

DeAI mindshare is on the rise, increasing by 1% this week:
The crypto majors continue to chop as an “Ancient Bitcoin Whale” swaps billions of USD worth of Bitcoin into Ethereum over several tranches:
Surprisingly the overall DeAI market cap hasn’t moved much since last week, holding steady at $28.2bn:
Story Protocol (IP) offset many of the reductions with a 40% gain. The driver?
IP token buybacks to the tune of $82m, of which $3m has taken place:
Most of the smaller caps with leading smart capital net inflows have declined consistent with the broader market, with the exception of a few:
Hustle (+57%):
Agent Hustle is building “Migrate dot Fun”, which enables you to migrate tokens cross chain, enhancing liquidity aggregation across protocols and abstracting away the complexities of having to bridge assets cross chain.
Eliza (+20%):
Announced that they had filed a law suit against X, with their x account suspensions.
Eliza OS has been silent and outside of the conversation on CT since the ban a few months ago.
Key Themes/ Observations:
Essentially if you’re in SaaS it’s likely that agents will outperform in the medium to long run, due to interactive nature with machines rather than static code directly
Also partly as a result of agent coding abilities when compared to
As more money is printed it will inevitably have an adverse impact on the PPP of the dollar, unless that printed money is used to acquire productive assets from other nations. Probably worth hedging when converting any profits to fiat.
Denominate in the currency that is most useful to you personally to ensure you have sufficient “gas money” for life.
This is a hot topic as AI disrupts millions of jobs worldwide; what will supplement the income of those that are adversely impacted? UBI becomes a hot topic but only viable if it is of a certain amount.
But then there are questions around incentives to work versus “go on the Dole”. Will the operational efficiencies gain sustain a $10k monthly UBI wage, and will this be sufficient in a future inflated economy?
It’s unsurprising that Reddit is a viable source of data for agents. X data is like a walled off garden as xAI leveraged “the global town square” to train Grok.
But much of Reddit data is indexed more seamlessly online for SEO and in turn agentic consumption.
We’ve already seen the $500bn investment for Stargate AI infra with Softbank and OpenAI. Power, data and GPUs are clearly going to become the bottlenecks to AI development so it’s not surprising that global investment will continue.
Just last week we saw the US government take a stake in NVIDIA and Intel could be up next.
